the workers were professional and amiable. the room was a nice size and huge, not to mention views over city from the window.

The service at Sapphire Bayil Hotel was impeccable, and the location was excellent, close to Sapphire Bayil and the city center. the double room I stayed in was huge, with a bathroom that had bathtubs.

The views at this modern hotel were breathtaking. The morning meal was scrumptious. The rooms were spacious and came equipped with a flat-screen TV, climate control, and an individual safe. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly. The service was amazing, and the food was delicious.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my city trip, just a short taxi ride away from the main area. The design and cleanliness of the room were exceptional, with daily housekeeping. The breakfast and comfortable bed were the best aspects of my stay.

The hotel lacks facilities like a pool, gym, spa, and children's play area. the staff's lack of English proficiency made it difficult to communicate with them, and the assigned taxi driver for a day trip was unable to understand us.
